Conditions

• The contest is organized by A ÖDEME VE ELEKTRONİK PARA HİZMETLERİ A.Ş. for the Morpara brand.
• The contest period is between 03.02.2026 and 28.02.2026, and the timeline detailed in the conditions will be applicable.
• On 03.02.2026, the contest was jointly announced on the instagram.com/parlahayatta and instagram.com/morparatr accounts. Comment requirements included in the contest conditions will take place under the announcement post.
• Participants' answers will be collected via Google Form between 03.02.2026 and 14.02.2026 23:59.
• Winners will be announced on 2.03.2026. They will be informed via SMS and the call center.
• Main winners must apply and submit their addresses between 02.03.2026 and 08.03.2026. Backup winners will be contacted in order and requested to apply in place of main winners who do not apply within this period.
• Gifts will be sent to the 1st and 2nd winners between 23.03.2026 and 31.03.2026, and cashback will be defined in the Morpara account for the 3rd winner.
• Shipping fees and taxes belonging to the prizes will be covered by Morpara.
• Participation in the contest will be by submitting answers via Google Form to the question: “If you were to send surprise money to your lover living abroad, what would you write in the description section?”. The participation form must be completed fully.
• Contestants must fulfill all participation conditions. Otherwise, even if they win, their prizes will be canceled and their rights will pass to the backup winners.
• Prizes will be distributed as listed below. In the event of supply chain problems that do not originate from Morpara and cannot be resolved, such as the products being out of stock at the manufacturer, Morpara reserves the right to provide a different prize of equal value based on the TL amount declared on the official seller's website.
• iPad Wi-Fi 128 GB - Silver (19,999.00 TL) for the 1st place, Apple AirPods 4 (7,999 TL) for the 2nd place, cashback for Morpara card spending for the 3rd place (10% cashback on spending with Morpara Card for 3 months (a total of 10,000 TL cashback can be earned over 3 months, canceled and refunded spendings will not be counted within the scope of the campaign. Cashback loads will be made in 15-day periods from the date of definition.)
• The participation of Morpara employees and their first-degree relatives in the contest is invalid. Participation in the contest and creating a Morpara account are free of charge. No fee will be requested from the participants.
• In order for users to be evaluated within the scope of the contest, their Morpara accounts must be in contracted user status.
• Each participant can join the contest once. In case of multiple participations, their first participation will be deemed valid.
• Answers will be evaluated by a Jury to be formed within Morpara, taking into account the criteria of originality/creativity and relevance to the topic, and the winners will be determined.

• In disputes that may arise from the contest, Istanbul Courts and Enforcement Offices are authorized, provided that consumer application rights arising from the legislation are reserved. Morpara reserves the right to change the contest conditions and dates.
