Receiving money with a reference number on MoneyGram allows you to receive money with the reference number sent to you via the Morpara application. At the same time, you can withdraw your money from our Morpara representatives that have a MoneyGram agreement by presenting your ID document and using the reference number given to you.

If the sender wants to transfer money to his/her name via MoneyGram, the information he/she must provide for the transfer is his/her name, surname, mobile phone, and nationality.

We automatically open a foreign exchange account for the foreign currency that comes to your account when you transfer money with MoneyGram. According to legal regulations, you can keep your money in your account as foreign currency for a maximum of 30 days. You can convert your foreign exchange balance to Turkish Lira whenever you want within 30 days. Balances that are not converted to Turkish Lira within 30 days must be converted to Turkish Lira by Morpara and transferred to your TL account.

The foreign exchange sell menu is the menu that allows you to convert the foreign exchange in your account into Turkish Lira and transfer it to your TL account. You can transfer the foreign exchange in your account to your TL account as Turkish Lira by performing a foreign exchange sell transaction from this menu. According to the legal regulations, you can only keep the foreign exchange balance in your account for 30 days. If the exchange transaction has not been made at the end of 30 days, Morpara will automatically perform the exchange transaction within the scope of the legal regulations. After you exchange the foreign exchange balances in your account and transfer them to your Morpara TL account, you can send them to any account you want via Wire Transfer/EFT/FAST.
